Welcome to GetReplyTube AI ("Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

GetReplyTube AI is a football analytics and tipster monetization platform that allows registered tipsters ("Vendors") to monetize their Telegram channels by offering premium subscription access to their sports predictions to subscribers ("Users"). The platform is operated for Nigerian and international markets and processes payments via Paystack.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Vendor.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• One account per person. Creating duplicate or fake accounts is prohibited.
• Corporate entities may register with valid business information.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

As a Vendor on the Platform, you agree to:

• Post predictions and signals in good faith, based on your own analysis.
• Never guarantee wins or misrepresent the nature of sports betting predictions.
• Manage your Telegram channel professionally and treat subscribers respectfully.
• Not post illegal, offensive, or misleading content in your channel.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including gambling regulations.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share access with others.

4. Platform Fees & Payments

• The Platform charges a 10% service fee on all subscription payments collected through the platform. You receive 90% of every payment.
• Payments are processed via Paystack in Nigerian Naira (NGN). You are responsible for applicable taxes on your earnings.
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum of ₦1,000 and are processed within 1–3 business days after admin approval.
• The Platform reserves the right to adjust fee percentages with 30 days' notice.

5. Disclaimer — No Guaranteed Results

IMPORTANT: Sports predictions are inherently uncertain. GetReplyTube AI does not guarantee any specific results, returns, or outcomes from predictions made by any Vendor on this platform. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Subscribers use tips at their own risk. The AI analysis provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or betting advice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Match fixing, fraudulent predictions, or deliberately misleading subscribers.
• Spamming, harassment, or abusive behaviour toward any user of the platform.
• Attempting to bypass platform payment systems (collecting payments outside the platform from channel members who joined through the platform).
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise misusing the platform's AI systems.
• Using the platform in jurisdictions where sports betting platforms are prohibited by law.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Vendors whose accounts are terminated for cause forfeit any unpaid earnings. Vendors who are terminated without cause will receive any outstanding earnings balance within 14 days.

8. Intellectual Property

The GetReplyTube AI platform, its branding, code, and AI systems are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. Your predictions and channel content remain your own intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetReplyTube AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from betting activities. Our total liability to any Vendor in any 12-month period shall not exceed the platform fees collected from that Vendor in the same period.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered Vendors of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, in courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
